Lost Keys — Door Unused for Years
This customer lost the original keys years ago, so the door itself hadn't been used since. We fitted a like-for-like brass knob to match their period decor, cut a fresh set of keys, and got it back in proper working order — without changing the look of the room.
Security Upgrades — Built for Your Convenience
We fitted Yale smart locks for these customers, giving them keyless entry with a card or code alongside the usual key — no more fumbling around at the door. It's a security upgrade that adds everyday convenience without compromising on protection.
Emergency Door Repair — No Time Spared
A customer got in touch about a badly damaged door that needed urgent attention. We treated it as a priority, got out to them quickly and repaired it properly — fitting a new multi-point handle and euro cylinder so it locked securely again, no time spared.
Conservatory Door — Opened & Re-Locked, No Key Needed
This customer had never had a key for their conservatory doors since moving in, so they'd simply never been used. During the recent hot weather we came out, gently opened the door without causing any damage, and fitted a new lock there and then — giving them full working access in no time.
Lock Repair — Fixed, Not Replaced
Not every faulty lock needs a full replacement. Wherever a repair is possible, we'll strip the mechanism down, diagnose the fault and get it working properly again — saving the customer the cost of a new lock. It's part of how we work: repairs at no extra charge whenever we can, because putting the customer first matters more than a bigger bill.
Garden Door — Locked Out, Sorted Same Day
Another happy customer locked out of their garden-side door. We got out to them quickly, gained entry without any damage, and had the lock repaired and serviced there and then — back in and secure again in no time.

This old lever handle and lock had seen better days, so we measured up, sourced a proper replacement and fitted a smart new lock and handle in its place. A clean, tidy job from start to finish — no mess left behind, and the door working like new again.
